Established in Nihonbashi as the newest facility of the Tokyo Midtown Clinic
The Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower Midtown Clinic, established in Nihonbashi, is the Tokyo Midtown Clinic’s newest facility. The Tokyo Midtown Clinic is certified by Joint Commission International, the recognized global leader in healthcare accreditation. As a clinic providing general outpatient and health screening services, it is the first of its kind to be accredited and certified. We have and continue to provide healthcare based upon this idea of international standards for medical safety and hospitality. Utilizing the know-how cultivated by our group clinic, we provide exceptional hospitality in health for the Nihonbashi area, which continues to flourish as a life sciences hub where many pharmaceutical companies are located.
Roppongi Tokyo Midtown Clinic
The Tokyo Midtown Clinic, opened in Roppongi, Tokyo, in 2007, received JCI (Joint Commission International)* certification in January of 2015. As a provider of outpatient services and medical checkups, and health screening services, it was the first of its kind in Japan to be accredited and certified. We have and continue to provide healthcare based upon this idea of international standards for medical safety and hospitality.

JCI is the international division of The Joint Commission, the United States’ recognized global leader in healthcare accreditation. Since its establishment in 1994, JCI has provided education and consulting services alongside international accreditation and certification for quality improvement and patient safety in the international community. JCI’s standards (outpatient medical services program) make assessments based on all 15 JCI chapters and nearly 600 evaluation criteria that assess the facility in detail. JCI accreditation and certification indicate that the facility has met international standards in both patient safety and quality of care.
