[Important] COVID-19 Preventive Measures – Request to all visitors please review before your appointment

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we ask all visitors to undergo a screening process and body temperature checks before entering the clinic. Furthermore, per the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare’s guidelines starting March 13, 2023, we ask that you continue wearing face masks inside the facility.
* Please note that we may decline entry into the facility for those refusing to wear face masks even when exhibiting symptoms.

We will continue to adhere to strict hygiene practices to provide the best outpatient care and health screening services and ensure the safety and security of our patients.
Therefore, we kindly ask all visitors to review the following before their visit.

[Conditions for postponements of health screening and medical checkup appointments (as of May 8th, 2023)]

Symptomatic persons who decline to wear face masks.

If you have any of the following within 5 days of your appointment, we may ask you to postpone your visit.

  1. 1. A fever above 37.5℃ (99.5 F)
  2. 2. One or more of the following symptoms:
    Sore throat / Cough / Difficulty breathing / Fatigue / Loss of taste or smell / GI symptoms (vomiting) / Skin rash / Eye redness, discharge, itchiness (conjunctivitis or pink eye)
  3. * For those who would like an appointment with Outpatient Services, please contact the clinic in advance to discuss symptoms.

Requests to all visitors

● Please wear a face mask during your appointment.

● Please disinfect your hands using the hand sanitizers placed at the facility’s entrance before your visit.
(If you cannot use alcohol-based sanitizer, please wash your hands using soap and notify the staff upon check-in.)

● We regularly ventilate the facility, which may result in low room temperatures on days when the outside temperature is cold. Please bring an extra layer if you are concerned.

● Please be on time for your appointments, avoid crowding, and maintain social distancing.
